The sparsely inhabited area around Muro is mainly agricultural and very quiet, so very relaxing holidays can be enjoyed here. Visitors to the villa "Can Jener" are cordially greeted at this very well maintained property with abundant Mediterranean vegetation. A well paved access road leads you to your little green holiday paradise where you can park the car in the shade under the carport. The secluded 4,000 m² outdoor area encourages prolonged spells in the great outdoors. In addition to the attractive lawned area with lots of sunny spots, the garden also offers plenty of opportunities to relax in the natural shade due to its extensive stock of trees. Accompanying children (of school age) can play, frolic and wear themselves out playing table-tennis, for example, in its extensive grounds. The absolute highlight for everyone is of course the extra large pool right by the house! Measuring 12 x 12 m and with a maximum depth of 1.80 m, it is truly splendid, even athletic swimmers can do their lengths here and keep fit during the holidays. After a refreshing dip in the pool, you should definitely give into temptation and grab one of the eight sun loungers on the wrap-around terrace and lavishly soak up the Mallorcan sunshine. If a bit more shade is wanted in the meantime, then you can settle yourself down on the roofed area of the pool terrace - maybe with a good book and a delicious drink? A large table is also available here for communal outdoor meals or party games. A small staircase leads from the pool down to the garden, where a half open porch - including a cosy seating area as well as another eating area - await your use for the evening BBQ.

This traditional villa is an antique building, more than 100 years old. In this case, tradition does not mean going without anything, as "Can Jener" was extensively renovated and alongside its traditional ambiance you will find many conveniences, such as the fully equipped kitchen, the modernised bathroom with shower and/or bathtub or a large flat-screen satellite TV. The villa quickly gives visitors a feeling of familiarity due to its extremely cosy interior and the ground floor in particular is very impressive, due to the vastness of the open-plan living and kitchen area. The use of natural tones, stone and wood gives the entire house an extremely homely atmosphere. With a total living space of 400 m², this attractive villa has sufficient space and possibilities to retire quietly on your own or spend time together. The lounge has direct access to the roofed veranda in the garden. There is also a comfortable bedroom including bath on the ground floor. Further cheerful bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor and offer sufficient storage space for your holiday wardrobe. All the bedrooms can be individually air conditioned. The additional reception room on the top floor is really practical as, in addition to a laid-back sofa (perfectly suited for taking a little siesta occasionally), it also has a little kitchen with a fridge. It is just a short walk from there across the balcony to the pool, where you can surprise your loved ones with a snack or a cold drink.

Even though it is rurally located, this idyllic holiday home is also in a great location for exploring more of the island. Due to the proximity to the country road, you have wonderful links to the infrastructure with the village of Muro just 5 minutes away, where you can go shopping at the supermarket or enjoy a delicious cafe con leche in one of the quaint coffee shops. The journey to Mallorca's third largest city Inca, known for the manufacturing of leather goods of all kinds and its lively pedestrian zone, is just 15 minutes by car. The dreamy beaches on the nearby bay of Alcúdia nearby entice you to visit and enjoy wonderful hours of sunbathing and swimming. The Playa de Muro, with its numerous water sports is highly recommended. This beach is especially family friendly having a playground and the entrance into the sea is very shallow.
