A stunning, architecturally designed luxury villa boasting what we believe to be the very best panoramic views over Martinhal beach, Sagres cliffs, Atlantic Ocean and Natural Park.
Villa Ocean Blue really feels like a "home away from home" with so many additional extras to include. With air conditioning (which also serves as heating), and smart TVs with WiFi internet in all the bedrooms and the lounge!
What makes this villa extra special is the spectacular front-line views over the Ocean, the high quality finish of the villa, and the close proximity to the beach.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The outside space offers beautifully landscaped gardens that surround the property. Large grassed and patio areas adjoin a heated private swimming pool with great views of the Atlantic Ocean and Natural Park. The heated swimming pool is equipped with an electric cover and a removable child safety pool fence. There are two BBQs (one gas and one charcoal) and huge first floor roof terraces for sitting, outdoor dining and sunbathing.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This villa sleeps 12, in 3 king size and 1 twin bedrooms plus a huge children's room with table tennis table, sofas, beanbags, games and a smart TV which can be used as an additional sleeping room. Four movable beds can be used in any of any of the rooms.
BATHROOM FACILITIES
There are 3 bedrooms with en-suite facilities, a family shower room, and an additional WC.
FAMILY & CHILD FRIENDLY
Really child friendly with travel cots, stair gates, high chairs and removable pool fence included in the rental. The villa offers a huge children's entertainment room and is only just a few minutes’ walk to the beautiful sandy Martinhal Beach with 2 beach restaurants and water sports.
