Cook dinner for the entire family in the contemporary-styled fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Plenty of room and counter-space makes cooking a breeze. Chat with friends at the breakfast nook that has chairs for 6 people. The formal dining table seats up to 10 and is a great place to talk about all the fun you had during the day over a great meal.

A few short steps away from the living area is the custom pool area. Here you have your very own private pool and brand new Jacuzzi. Splash around in the pool and cool off from the Guam sun. There are loungers surrounding the pool, so you can work on your tan while the kids play in the pool. After a long day of fun, retreat to one of the 5 bedrooms designed with a peaceful sleep in mind. On the ground floor is 1 master king suite with an en-suite bathroom and 65-inch SMART TV. There is also a Jack and Jill suite on the 2nd floor with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Our fourth bedroom is equipped with 1 full bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed, and a fifth bedroom with a queen size bed.

This home also has a fitness area so you can stay fit on your vacation. The fitness area has an elliptical, treadmill, sit down exercise bike, and a weight set.
