- This beautiful villa spreads over 3 floors and 220 sq. m. Inside it is furnished with elegant and minimalistic styles. It has 5 bedrooms and is ideal for 10 people, but if necessary, it could accommodate up to 12 guests.
- Due to its ideal location and proximity to the sea, you will be able to enjoy the spectacular sea views from inside and outside the villa. From the property you could also witness beautiful sunsets every evening while enjoying a glass of wine or a refreshing summer cocktail, which would leave you with unforgettable memories.
- The layout of the house is ideal for families, couples travelling together or large group of friends. There are 2 separate entrances – one on the ground floor and one on the lower floor. The spacious outdoor area of the villa offers enough space for everyone to sit back and relax, which is ideal if some of the guests in your group would like a bit more privacy or tranquility.
The Location
- The villa is ideally positioned in a quiet area but at the same time it is close to few small villages which have a number of tavernas, shops and restaurants. Chania Town-the gem of Crete- is also very close (only 14 km away) and has a wide variety of restaurants, tavernas, shops and places to see.
- You can walk to a small hidden cove which is only a minute away and it could be your secret spot for swimming.
Pool area
The swimming pool is 60 m² with 1.5 m depth throughout. There are sun loungers, poolside tables and umbrellas. From the pool area you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic sea view. There is a lovely lawn garden with hammock situated under the tree, where you rest and enjoy a nice book in the shade during the hot hours of the afternoon.
