3 Riverside Cottage has three beautifully designed bedrooms all with their own character. Each bedroom has been finished to high standard with luxury fabrics and relaxing country colours and all can have flexible layouts to suit groups of all types.
Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV with a built in DVD player, sleeping 6 guests - ideal for couples and families:

Master Bedroom - Large superking or twin bed with ensuite shower room

Bedroom 2 - Superking or twin bed with use of shared family bathroom

Bedroom 3 - Kingsize double or twin bed with use of shared family bathroom

Family Bathroom - Beautiful bathroom with bath, shower attachment, overhead shower, wash basic, wc and towel rail.

3 Riverside has a superb, spacious, 'shaker-style' kitchen perfect for a self-catering break.
The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, other essential appliances and is brimming with pots, pans, crockery, glassware and other useful items to make 'home cooking' away from home as easy as possible for you. It even has a pantry for you to pack your locally bought produce into.

There is a large open-plan dining area which seats 6 as standard but the table can be extended and there are 2 additional fold up chairs in the pantry should you need them.

Should you wish to take a break from being chef during your stay there are plenty of places nearby where you can get fantastic food. Bakewell has an abundance of eateries to suit all, alternatively why not take an adventure into one of the nearby villages and enjoy a local ale with either rustic or gastro pub food - whatever you fancy! There are plenty of pubs with fantastic beer gardens too and some with parks closeby for the children.

There's plenty of room in 3 Riverside's lounge so plunge into one of the many seats and snuggle down infront of the log burner to reminisce on the day's adventures.
With two plush three-seater sofas and two additional arm chairs you'll be spoilt for choice of where to put your feet up or carry on your socialising for the evening. The lounge has a large smart TV you can all settle round or there's a great coffee table perfect for board games. There is also wifi you can make use of to plan your next day's escapades or check out the menus of nearby restaurants.

The lounge has beautiful large windows which frame the outside patio area to the rear of the garden where you can also sit out to unwind or have a barbeque on those warmer days.

Unfortunately this property does not allow pets.

Noise policy in place - not suitable for stag/hen groups due to residential area.

Due to the character and age of the cottage, please note that the stairs are very steep so maybe unsuitable for the elderly or toddlers.

Wifi – we provide free wifi however as the Peak District is in a beautiful rural location sometimes there can be intermittent wifi signal that is beyond our control, we also hope you appreciate that we cannot guarantee wifi if there are technical issues out of our control.
