There is outside sound system thus you can be chilling by the pool listening to your favorite tunes. Night time sky above the Villa is extremely starry during the summer creating very magical atmosphere. The layout of Villa is very special as almost each bedroom has its own individual entrance from outside. There is plenty space for outside dinning. The villa can comfortably accomodate 8 people ,but two extra bed can be placed in the main bedroom at the extra cost of 30 € per bed per day
The villa is fit to 8 Pepole to feel computable ,but in the big main room it's possible to put 1 or 2 more individual bads at extra cost of 30€ per day per bad....
it's not so computable to sleep 4 Pepole in the same room but it's possible to do if you ask ....

Santa Eulalia is Ibiza s second large town with many shops, a good morning food market, the famous street of restaurants and the yacht harbour.

The villa is secured by an electric gate which gives a pleasant feeling of privacy and safety. There is an open-plan kitchen with dining room. The living room has satellite television and a CD player. The fully equipped kitchen has a four-pit gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. You reach the pleasant covered terrace from the kitchen. The terrace has a dining table for 8 people.

The (10 x 5 m) swimming pool has an outdoor showerarea. You have good views of the pool with its comfortable sunloungers from the terrace. Next to the house there is a laundry room with a washing machine, a washdryer and a bathroom with toilet and shower.

On the right side of the house is a double bedroom ensuite with showerroom. On the left site of the house are a double and a twin bedroom sharing a complete bathroom.

Magic country house built in the traditional ibicenco style with high wooden ceilings but decorated in a very unconventional way ( wich will specially delight children and adults young at heart ) and fully equipped to make a comfortable stay, including dvd, satellite tv, wifi, ipod dock station, air conditioning, etc. There is a big swimming pool , table tennis, a barbacue and a nice outdoor dining area and an outdoor shower area.
