The space
Irida Luxury villa , is sited in the village of Tersanas, just a few meters from the sea edge, offering to guest amazing views of the blue waters of the Greek Ocean . Panoramic views form all areas of the villa, amazing colorful sunrises and sunsets will lead you to the relaxation you seek for your holidays ! In Private land of 1500 square meters , private parking , gardens with herbs and a big uncovered wild area will give you freedom on your holidays .

Pool area with the grand 35 square meters crystal pool is furnished with many sunbeds and umbrellas , a covered veranda area with an external diner table, a BBQ and the ability to enjoy stay outside all day long and enjoy the view of the Sea & Sun .

The pool level floor offering a modern decorated open space living room with a satellite Chanel led TV a comfortable Sofa-bed that accommodates the 7th guest , a full equipped kitchen ready to help you prepare all kind of meals to your favorite persons ! Two Grand double bedrooms with king size bed and super anatomic mattress for a relaxing and comfort bed time . All pool level rooms and areas have direct and easy access to the pool and the garden .

In the down level floor with a different entrance from the other villa there is a grand and luxury third Suite bedroom offering isolation and privacy from the other guests with separate access to the pool and the garden making it ideal for couples . The Suite room is Luxury decorated , has a queen size bed , a small living room and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi jet bathtub .

All areas of the villa are full air-conditioned with cooling and heating , are covered with Wi-Fi, all bedrooms and living room have flat screen TV with satellite channels , are sunny and airy with balconies and windows and furnished with Brand and Comfort equipment and appliances .

Guest access
Guests have access to all inside and outside space of the villa, open space living room, 3 bedrooms ,3 bathrooms, a land of 1500 square meters , 1 private pool . Private parking space , garden and many more .

✔ Welcome service . We will wait you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive . A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining of where to go and what to see, depend on your likes .
✔ A welcome pack . Upon arrival some basic goods awaits you in the villa .
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price.
✔ Free WiFi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three days .
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh .
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa , we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.
