Killiney is widely regarded as the place to live in Dublin. It has the nickname of the "Rock Star Belt". Killiney and its close neighbour Dalkey don't take themselves too seriously and the locals are some of the friendliest you could ever hope to meet. The Valclusa Estate is the preferred location for many film directors, film and music producers, writers, actors, musicians and film studios including Universal, Netflix, History Channel and the Irish Film Studios.

The Valclusa Estate is one of the largest Estates (approx 5 acres), still held in private ownership in Killiney. It is only a five-minute walk to what is widely regarded as one of the most spectacular coastlines in Dublin and indeed Ireland.

We have paid attention to the details and want your stay with us to be as enjoyable as possible. The Norwegian duvets on the beds, a generous supply of pillows and the beds will always be presented in immaculate condition. It's how you start and end the day, and we feel it can be the make and break of a stay. The property is very secure and tranquil and there is secure parking allocated for one car
