Park House is a traditional semi-detached cottage on a small park of holiday lodges in Crossgates near to Llandrindod Wells in Mid Wales. The cottage sleeps five people and has one super-king rom with ensuite walk in shower, 1 double room with ensuite bath and 1 single bedroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside is off road parking and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Perfect as a touring base for discovering Mid Wales and Herefordshire, Park House will provide a memorable holiday home, all year round.

Amenities: Gas central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Power and fuel starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 6 cars. Enclosed lawned front garden with furniture. Garden is fenced but dogs must be kept on leads at all times as could be unsecured. Four well-behaved dogs welcome, all dogs must be kept on a lead and under proper control at all times when using Rhos Holiday Home Park's grounds and gardens. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 2 miles. Cot and Highchair available. Note check in time is 5pm and check out time is 10:30am. Please note: There is a sofa bed in the dining room, linen can be provided on request
