The villa is located on a green hill with a beautiful view of Lake Bolsena and the nearby hills of Tuscia (the land of the Etruscans), Tuscany and Umbria.
The villa has a capacity of 16 beds in 8 double rooms (linen included) (There are 4 more sleeping places in the form of sofa beds) Sofa in three separate apartments on three floors with a total area of 240 m²

Near the villa there is a horse and bike rental service to explore on horseback, by bike or on foot, the fantastic nature trails around the lake.
