In the middle of the hill and one kilometer straight to the sea, this villa is suitable for big families and groups. It's on 3 levels with a private pool and it has a very nice garden with a lot of flowers and palm trees.
There are big balconies on every single floor and the rooms are very spacious.
My villa is close to a lot of beautiful beaches and ancient sightseeing (Poseidon's temple, Akropolis, Parthenon)
The view is beautiful however the SUNSET is extraordinary. I strongly suggest you rent a car when visiting. The villa is on 3 levels with oak wood floor it has a private pool with a big private parking space ,the surrounding area is quiet. The pool and the garden are suitable for younger children. It is perfect for couples or families and groups of friends.
We recently got equipped with a 65 inch TV with Netflix and satellite channels.
The house offers spacious rooms, bathrooms with marble floors, internal staircase and a master room with a private bathroom. Large balconies equipped with chairs and tables will offer you a calm place to gaze the sea or enjoy your sunbath and you may also enjoy your breakfast, your snacks or some grilling ,a panoramic view exists from every side of the house you look.
The neighborhood is friendly and has an easy access to bars, restaurants , supermarkets and beautiful beaches in a 4 minute drive.
Moreover, close enough are ancient monuments like Parthenon ,the temple of Poseidon and the center of Athens is around 45 minute drive while the airport is a 29 minute drive .The first master bedroom is around 70 sq meters and contains a king sized bed and a single one ,it is accompanied with a bathroom. The second one has 3 single beds with large windows that give you a sense of freedom. The third one has double bed .The living room can easily fit two people on the couch if needed. If you have up to two infants or very small children we have a cradle and a playpen for them. The pool is cladded with oak wood and our garden is on three levels and gives you a very artistic view.
In this villa you will feel like you are on a helicopter(view).

All houses are 50 metres away from each other. Downtown is 2km away and is full of restaurants, bars,caffees ,tourist shops.Also we have delivery(pizza, greek souvlaki,greek meat,pastitsio,mousaka)from twenty different restaurants/cafe/supermarket.

The villa is in middle of the hill. It has a 3 km(5 min with a car) from distance from beaches, restaurants etc. It is necessary that you bring a car along to see the around areas.
