This beautiful holiday home overlooks the sea and is just 3 km from Cefalu, the renowned Sicilian tourist resort. The villa offers a beautiful view and all bedrooms have a small balcony overlooking the sea, where you can have breakfast and enjoy sunrises and sunsets in full relax. The house is characterized by a bright living room and a garden with large shaded spaces where you can taste a good Sicilian glass of wine or prepare a nice grilled barbecue enjoying a lovely sea view. On the garden side, for the kitchen use, there is a veranda with table and chairs. A private small staircase goes down through rocks up to an equipped platform with deck chairs and sun beds, there is also a comfortable outdoor shower. Behind the villa, near the above parking lot, it passes a railway line not visible that given the elevated position, does not disturb the tranquility of the house. In Cefalu there are beach resorts, typical restaurants, ferries to the Aeolian Islands and many other tourist services. The beautiful city of Palermo, rich in art and culture, is easily reached in 40 minutes by car.
