Ancient noble country villa with swimming pool belonging to the Coletti family before ‘800, Villa Teloni in 1996, after a long period of neglect, was bought by the entrepreneur Sandro Teloni who, after having made his family residence, transformed it, following two long and laborious restorations entrusted to the architect Patrizia Ravegnati, in a charming residence able to accommodate up to fifty people.
Equipped with a large outdoor pool, a large porch that houses a lemon house overlooking a large garden, a sun terrace overlooking the hills and a park with pine trees and lush vegetation, the dwelling also has a comfortable open-air gym, a barbecue area with a wood oven outside, and an area with a wood-burning oven inside, a professional kitchen and four kitchens in the apartments and four more common kitchens of which the property is equipped with.
