This stylish 160 m² villa consists of a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a washing machine and satellite television. As beautiful as the villa is inside, guests staying here will want to spend their time in the private outdoor are. Take your morning coffee on either of the covered terraces while you plan your day. Enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the ocean from anywhere outside - in your private garden, from the terraces, even from in your private pool. On nights when you don’t want to prepare a delicious dinner on your private barbecue, just 5 minutes in the car (2 km) will bring you to any of the local bars and restaurants. After dinner, take just 5 minutes (2 km) to drive down to the coast and watch the sunset from high on the cliffs. If one day you’d prefer the beach to the pool, you’ll need just 22 minutes in the car (10 km) to get there. Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. The property also has a garage available for parking. Bed linens and towels are available upon request with an extra €20 fee for linens per person. The property charges a fee of €30 per person for electricity use. Pets are allowed for €35 per stay. Bikes can be provided.
