The external space features a shaded seating area with an external kitchen and BBQ facilities, a beautiful free-shape private deep pool, and an amazing balcony that overlooks unobstructed panoramic views towards the calm waters of Pagasitikos Bay. The house has four bedrooms, which are all located on the lower floor. There are two master bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two large single beds, and another bedroom with a double bed and a deck bed over it, should you need to accommodate more guests.
There is a spacious bathroom with a large bathtub. There is also a WC on the ground floor, which is easily accessible when relaxing in the garden and the ground floor living space.
On the ground floor, the living room has a large comfortable built-in sofa so you can spend time in front of the fireplace or have direct access to the wonderful balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast or a 3-course dinner for eight. The BBQ is easily accessible in the external living area. Not to mention, there’s a table tennis table in the backyard, so you can spend hours playing family tournaments or just winding down.
