Description
New for 2022 - Eden Grove Cottage is a delightful 3-bedroom eco-friendly cottage nestled down and quaint courtyard, lined with established trees and shrubs, creating a peaceful attractive location.
Formally a stable block, the building has been converted into a surprisingly-large holiday home for up to six guests that comprise a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area. Leading off the kitchen is the first of the two bathrooms with a walk-in shower and loo. Two steps lead down from the dining area into the snug living room with a wonderful log-burning stove to relax in front of after a day out exploring the local area.
The wooden staircase with handrail leads to the first-floor corridor with wooden floorboards and is flanked by the original red-stone wall that spans the length of the building. A lovely original feature from the buildings past. Off the corridor are three equally-sized double bedrooms, each benefiting from large windows and vaulted ceilings. At the end of the corridor are the second bathroom comprising of a bath with shower over, basin, loo and heated towel rail. Next door to the bathroom is the WC with loo and heated hand-towel rail.
Outside is a small patio with seating.
