The terrace is a perfect place for relishing the gorgeous views, or contemplating the blue sky from a sun lounger around the large pool is also likely to be a popular choice. When you finally stir, the nearby village of Montegonzi is a short walk away. Or head for the town of Cavriglia, a quick trip by car, which has a wider choice of shops and eateries. Walkers and cyclists will particularly like this spot because there are plenty of country lanes to explore, while art and history buffs will appreciate being just an hour from Florence.

Our Thoughts

This is an excellent example of a traditional Tuscan abode and perfectly suited for groups of friends or families. With two lounge areas, you’ll find space to either relax quietly in peace or gather together as a group indoors. While outside, sunbathing around the pool or sipping coffee and tasting local wines on the terrace are likely to be popular pursuits. However, it’s the gorgeous views that really make this villa stand out – the beautiful countryside that unfolds across the surrounding hills will surely provide an impressive and memorable backdrop to your holiday.

The gardens are fenced but the pool is unfenced. The owner lives on the estate approximately 80 meters from the villa. The owners dog is on site.
