Villa Trinacria

Description

Villa Trinacria is located in Cinisi, in the precinct of Palermo, 10 km from Palermo airport and from here you can enjoy a wonderful view of Punta Raisi and Castellammare del Golfo.

The villa spreads over two floors, it was built using local materials and features warm wood floor and elegant furniture. It is surrounded by a well-kept garden with grass lawn and Mediterranean plants and large verandas.

As soon as you access the villa you find the living room with a stone fireplace. From the living room a staircase leads to the first floor where are the dining area and the kitchen. The kitchen features traditional Sicilian furnishings and cookware.

Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room.

You will reach the sleeping area through a hallway, here there are two double bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom, spacious and with garden view. There is also a bathroom with shower. The shared bathroom with bathtub is on the ground floor.

On the first floor there is a room overlooking the living room on the ground floor that is used as sitting area with table and original masonry benches. A large stone doorway leads into another room, with couches and a study corner.

On this floor there are a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. All rooms are well furnished and functional. The adjacent bathroom (first floor) has a shower. From all rooms you can enjoy the pool and lush garden view, the sight gets lost into the blue sea, which is only a few kilometers from the villa.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Outside the villa features the swimming pool and at a short distance an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, gas burners and a typical wood-burning oven. The dining area is furnished with a table and masonry benches. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and appliances. There are also several outdoor furnished spaces where you can laze and relax.

Neighborhood and transport:
Castellammare del Golfo is a truly magical and picturesque place with the square fishermen's houses painted in white and ocher yellow.
Over the centuries it suffered various destructions, but was always rebuilt. It boasts wonderful landscapes, dream beaches and fantastic monuments.

Distance from the sea: 3 km
Distance from the city centre (supermarkets, restaurant, shops etc): 2 km to Cinisi, 4 km to Terrasini.
Distance from airport: 10 km (Aeroporto Falcone-Borsellino, Palermo) 75 km (Aeroporto Vincenzo Florio, Trapani Birgi)
Distance from railroad station: 2 km to Cinisi -Terrasini railroad station


Rental Rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.
The weekly rental price includes consumption of gas, water, towels, bed linen, final cleaning and electricity up to 150 Kw (over 150 Kw € 0,50 per Kw).
High chair and cot are available under prior request.
