In the beautiful Tuscan countryside of Val d\'Orcia lays Villa San Giovanni, an ancient stone farmhouse that was completely refurbished in 2005. This large villa is composed of two, self-contained dwellings, each with a private entrance but connected by two doors - a perfect arrangement for two groups or families traveling together. A ten-minute walk brings you to the romantic village of San Giovanni d\'Asso, where you can find restaurants, a cafe/bar, pharmacy, post office, supermarket and other shops. In front of the villa is a large, beautiful green space with olive and pomegranate trees, a garden, and an inspirational view of the rolling Sienese hills. The pool area offers a covered area with a table for 12 and a pool house replete with a small bathroom with shower, an extra room with sofa bed, and a very small kitchen with fridge. Villa San Giovanni\'s uniqueness provides its guests with the perfect blend of classic Tuscan style, fabulous views and a sampling of luxurious Italian life.

You will have the exclusive use of the property and grounds with use of the 3 bedroom apartment for 6 people.

Both "apartments" within Villa San Giovanni consist of two floors and are decorated with a nice array of comfortable furniture, pleasing art pieces, and colorful palettes. Both kitchens are fully equipped, including a fridge/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Fireplaces in each apartment provide warmth and ambiance as well as a gathering place for conversation or after dinner drinks. The ground floor of the smaller apartment also features a cozy living area, a dining area, and a small terrace. Upstairs are two bedrooms (one with queen, the other two twins (can be made into a queen) and two bathrooms with showers. A small terrace provides a panoramic view of the countryside. The larger apartment offers a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two, a dining area, and a guest toilet. Upstairs are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (showers), and a twin bedroom (can be made into a queen) with separate bathroom. For an additional cost, guests can arrange additional maid service and retain a chef for special meals. Please inquire at time of booking.
