The garden of the complex rests on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Halkidiki, Glarokovos.

Follow the corridors of your garden and in just 50 meters you are on the beach.

This is a three-level summer house in a beautiful complex with few maisonettes. It was first sheltered in the summer of 2019 and all furniture and appliances are new.

On the ground floor guests have at their disposal the living room and the fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the patio - terrace and can enjoy the tranquility of the complex and the view of the sea.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom.

Going to the lower level there is a room with a double bed and a full bathroom as well as another family bedroom, with a double bed and a sofa bed, all of them elegantly decorated . Although this level is partly underground so that it is cool during the summer days, there is also air conditioning and the windows have plenty of natural light.



Halkidiki represents an amazing coastline of 550km, featuring a thousand different beaches. There are pure golden sandy ones, to enjoy their stunning landscape and others rocky enough, to explore their wild beauty. Each coast has an exotic view as well as emerald, crystal clear waters, deserving all those Blue Flags have been awarded with. Easy enough to find your ideal place in Halkidiki; choose either a kind of crowded spot to feel the Greek beachy vibes or a quiet place to enjoy its tranquility.
