The Villa is located facing the sea in front of the island of Tavolara, surrounded by a private park of over 1,000 square meters with a private swimming pool (9 x 5 meters). The park is exclusive and fenced with various species of Mediterranean scrub plants and an orchard corner, which leads directly to the fine sandy beach 80 meters away. In the immediate vicinity (400-900 meters) the beaches of Cala d'Ambra, Cinta and Isuledda.
