The magnificent surroundings are ideal for relaxing strolls and bike rides. The main Tuscan art cities (like Pisa, Firenze and Siena) and the fancy seaside resort of Viareggio are within easy reach.
The house is surrounded by extensive grounds (2700 sqm) completely fenced and has a gazebo with table, chairs, barbecue and a paddle pool for children.
