This charming villa is located by the sea in Santa Tecla, a quaint village on the east coast of Sicily, just a few kilometers away from Acireale. Casa Luce del Sole enjoys a splendid seafront position and boasts an equipped terrace, a garden with a Jacuzzi, and a private access to the rocks and sea. On the ground floor the living area includes a comfortable sitting room opening onto the dining room (with seating for six), a well-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker), a bathroom with shower, and a laundry room. Upstairs (with sloping ceilings) is a second double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower.
