The house itself is simple but has everything you need. Set over two floors with a spiral staircase between the two you have outside space on both floors and each of the two bedrooms has its own allocated bathroom. On the ground floor you have a small kitchen with a dining area with bench style seating. Most of your meals though will probably be eaten outside either on the first-floor balcony leading off from the lounge or on your terrace on the ground floor overlooking the vast lawn and pool nestled in the middle of it. Your surrounded by greenery and nature.
For the essentials, an evening out or even a very interesting day trip the ancient town of Ponte de Lima, on the banks of the river Lima, said to be the oldest in Portugal is just nine kilometres away.
This simple house is the perfect escape whilst being within reach of a picturesque and historic town, with a great choice of restaurants and good for all your shopping needs.
