The property sleeps 4+2 guests, accommodated in two bedrooms, one with zip and link beds, and both benefiting from an en-suite. The +2 option is a large sofa bed in the open plan living room, hidden behind a fold out privacy screen. The stylish open plan living area boasts a wood burning stove, comfortable seating and dining areas along with a traditional, well equipped shaker style kitchen. Large bifold doors open onto an enclosed courtyard, complete with outdoor dining furniture, Jacuzzi hot tub, coal BBQ and parking for one car. This is also a dog friendly holiday home, welcoming one medium sized dog!

Enclosed south facing courtyard garden, Jacuzzi hot tub, bench table with seating for six people and a parasol, charcoal BBQ (guests to provide own coal and clean the BBQ after each use)

Things to Note...
The maximum occupancy for this property is 4+2 (with the +2 accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room, on request). Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 infant
Events are not permitted without prior consent
A security deposit is required at this property
