Please note: There are 2 steps in the garden.. Centrally located in this peaceful village close to St Nicholas Church this luxury cottage enjoys a large enclosed garden ideal for families to play and enjoy. Just 10 miles from the sandy beaches, fun fair and amusements at Skegness or 30 minutes’ drive inland to the city of Lincoln where you can spend a day out exploring the castle and Bailgate area full of boutique shops, tea rooms, restaurants and bars for refreshment. Cadwell Park is 15 minutes’ drive with motorsport and track days throughout the year. After your days out return to relax in front of the wood burner and enjoy the lovely view of the garden through the large patio doors or wander a few minutes up the lane to the local pub for good food and drink.
