The two houses GIOCONDA LA and LA TORRE San Leolino and are the only restored part of an ancient feud of ContiGuidi Poppi.Il of scenery is idyllic, overlooking the wooded hills in the village of San Leolino (LONDA-Florence). Shops in Londa (5 km, paved road with hairpin bends) and Rufina 14 km. Last km narrow street and dirt has been redone. Each house has its own parking nearby. The two houses are about 30m, each have their own plot of land and are located in a large garden on a hill with cypress and chestnut trees and a beautiful meadow. The GIOCONDA has a large terrace of about 50 m² facing north, paved, with a furnished patio and a covered dining area. The TOWER has a dining area with outdoor seating under a pergola. From here you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets and views of the valley is wonderful. Each house has its own outdoor grill. 200 m away from the house is the swimming pool (15.5 x 7.5 m, 12.05.-29.09.) With chairs and outdoor shower to share with visitors of holiday homes nearby.
