The home is close to several historic villages, including the neighbouring picturesque Mondavio (3km), which has restaurants, cafes, and pubs.

The Adriatic coast is a short drive away, and various family-friendly beaches, such as those at Marotta (18km) and Senagallia (25km), are within a half-hour drive.

Further away, the Frassasi Caves (46km) are worth a visit with children, as is the city of Urbino (43km), which is rich in art and history and can be reached in under an hour.
