There's a wonderful garden that's tailor-made for alfresco dining, a large swimming pool, an outdoor jacuzzi and many areas that invite all lucky visitors to relax under the Tuscan sun. The expansive and well-equipped kitchen comes with barbecue, pizza oven and an enormous table that can seat 14 people - unforgettable mealtimes are pretty much guaranteed! If you'd prefer to hand the cooking duties to someone else, a chef service can easily be arranged.
The Villa is conveniently located too - Florence and Pisa are only 30 minutes by car, while San Gemignano, Siena, Lucca and the Versilia beaches can all be driven to in under an hour.

#### Features
The villa contains 7 bedrooms with a total of 7 Double beds and 2 single beds. Baby cots are also available on request. 1 room has a 50 square meters terrace with amazing view!
There are a total of 9 bathrooms, with one big playroom for the babies, and wellness room with sauna and massage bed. The large kitchen comes with barbecue, pizza oven and a huge dining table! There's also a big, comfortable living room, a storage area, laundry room and a very big garden with dining area, 16x6m swimming pool, sunbeds and sun umbrellas.

#### Location
Villa San Miniato is located 30 minutes from Pisa, Florence and their respective airports. The property is about 10 km from the train station about two kilometers from the centre of San Miniato, a taxi transfer both from Pisa or Florence airport can easily be arranged (though a car hire is recommended if you want to get the most out of the amazing surroundings!)
Siena, Lucca and San Gemignano are roughly 45 minutes away by car, as are the beaches of Versilia and Forte dei Marmi . Vinci (with the eponymous Leonardo's museum) as well as other small enchanting old villages are roughly 20-25 drive away.
The local food here is fantastic, with many restaurants walking distance away, just a few minutes by car - they run the gamut from high end eateries to humble (yet tasty!) pizzerias.

#### Extras
Guests will receive a warm welcome at Villa San Miniato that consists of welcome drink and a free bundle of local food and wines! Included in the price is three hours of maid service per day for 6 days per week, as well as pool and garden maintenance for the duration of your stay. Free wifi is also included.
A top level chef is available to prepare meals using quality local ingredients - the cost of this is dependent on the number of guests and the kind of meals you wish to eat. There are two menus one priced at €35 per person, one at €50 per person, please enquire for details as this is subject to change.
Air conditioning and heating are available but this needs to be paid separately at a cost of 40 euro per day.
