The villa is situated very close to the water parks of Aqualandia and Mundomar, perfect for family entertainment; and close to the natural park of Sierra Helada to enjoy long walks between the Mediterranean forest.

The villa has 1000 sqm plot with private pool, gardens and a large pergola with outdoor furniture, plasma TV, barbecue and wood oven.

The house, with 300 sqm, distributed on two floors. The ground floor features a beautiful hall with a guest toilet, a spacious double bedroom with double fitted wardrobes and plasma TVs. The hall leads to a spacious lounge room with comfortable sofas and leather sofas, plasma TV, fireplace and a dining table with leather chairs. The living room has direct access to the outdoor area and a modern fully equipped kitchen.

There is possibility of late arrival between 00:00h and 09:00h for an extra charge of €150 paid locally and between 20:30h and 00:00h for an extra charge of €75 paid locally.
