The space

This villa is located at Iberostate, a residential area at the Iberostar Bávaro Golf Club, an 18-hole inland golf course designed by P.B. Dye. Both Iberostate and the golf course are located inside the Iberostar Resort, a gated resort with a 24-hour gated entrance and security.



The villa is conveniently located about 30-minutes from Punta Cana International Airport and if you want to go off property to explore the local area, the town of Bavaro is nearby and you can easily get around in a rental car or with our pre-arranged transportation service ($).



If you are a golfer staying at the villa, you’ll be in golf heaven! With 10 golf courses located within a 45/60-minute drive from the villa, you’ll have plenty of great courses to choose from. Your 4 “must play” ocean-side courses include La Cana, Corales (host of the U.S. PGA Tour 2018/2019), Teeth of the Dog and the #1 ranked golf course in the Caribbean, Punta Espada.



For non-golfers, the beaches in the area are among the finest you’ll find in the Caribbean and there are plenty of excursions to try during your vacation!



-SPACE-



This property is a brand new 5-bedroom villa on 2 levels. The fresh and modern décor of this villa invites you to relax and enjoy your vacation in the comforts of a private home. The villa was built for entertainment with an open floor plan that makes spending time together and creating beautiful memories so easy.



The villa is air-conditioned but also offers you plenty of outdoor space if you prefer the feel of the warm, Caribbean air. Spend your days swimming and playing in the pool. Enjoy a BBQ lunch on the terrace overlooking the golf course and take a nap in the hammock and let the Caribbean breeze carry you away…



This villa is great for guests of all ages, including multi-generational families with children as well as groups of friends traveling together who want to enjoy a private space with a private pool & Jacuzzi and have the proximity to beach and golf.



-DOWNSTAIRS-



The downstairs area has an open floorplan with lots of natural light and easy access to the outside terrace, swimming pool, and lounge area.



You’ll have a spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area, “lazy boy” sofas with cupholders and a large flat-screen TV. Cable TV with English and Spanish channels are included.



The open kitchen has a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools which is also great for entertaining with wine and snacks while dinner is being cooked. Enjoy your meals in the dining room or terrace - poolside.



From the villa, you have direct access to the spacious outdoor area with a furnished terrace, swimming pool, outdoor dining area, and lounge - overlooking the Iberostar golf course.



3 bedrooms are located downstairs and all have comfortable beds, private bathrooms, closet space, a flat-screen TV, and laptop-friendly workspace.



PLEASE NOTE: Bedroom #5 is smaller and has a double/full bed in it as well as AC and a private bathroom.



-UPSTAIRS-



The last 2 bedrooms (incl. the master bedroom) are located upstairs and also have comfortable beds, private bathrooms, closet space, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable workspace.



There’s also a cozy sitting area upstairs where you can find a quiet space to sit and read a book, play cards or just enjoy good conversations over a drink. From the sitting area, you have direct access to a large balcony, which has a Jacuzzi (heated) big enough for 4-6 people.

-VILLA STAFF-



When you stay at the villa, you will have a maid included. The maid comes by daily to clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens.



You will also have a personal villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and available throughout your entire stay.



Smoking is allowed outside the villa on balconies and on the patio.
