Villa Clara is a stunning villa located in a private and exclusive residential area of Gardone Riviera. The hillside location means the views over Lake Garda are breathtaking!

The villa is built on two levels and its wonderfully modern interiors are filled with light, thanks to the large full length windows that let the lake views stream into each room!

On the ground floor is the main living area and modern kitchen complete with dining area. The large windows look out onto the garden and lake.

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need to cater for a big family including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

The villa sleeps up to 10 people over 5 bedrooms. On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms, all with large doors opening onto the balcony and views of the lake beyond. The 5th bedroom is downstairs, on the ground floor. This is a double room with private bathroom and has direct access to the garden.

There are 4 bathrooms in the villa; 2 family bathrooms upstairs, 1 ensuite bathroom downstairs and a toilet and shower in the laundry room. All bathrooms have showers.

Outside, the villa has a beautifully kept, large private garden (with your own olive trees!) with a patio and barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dining. The patio is covered by a modern pergola making it great through all the seasons.

The infinity swimming pool is a real gem here and has a whirlpool and plenty of sunloungers.

There is air conditioning in all common areas and in 3 larger bedrooms, WIFI and Netflix and Amazon video streaming.

**LOCATION **

Villa Clara is a stunning villa located in a private and exclusive residential area of Gardone Riviera. The hillside location means the views over Lake Garda are breathtaking!

Near to the famous Vittoriale di Gabriele d’Annunzio, the villa is close to upper Gardone Riviera with it’s quaint restaurants and cafes (about 1km or 10/15 minutes easy walk). Around 1.5km further down the hill is the lakeside town centre together with beaches and promenade. Gardone Riviera has a great selection of restaurants, cafes and small shops and it has it’s own port where you can catch a ferry to visit a great selection of towns around Lake Garda.

The villa is close to upper Gardone Riviera but a car is needed here. We always recommend one though as it makes this beautiful area so much more accessible for exploring!

There is on site parking for up to 4 cars.
