Villa Perseide is located directly on the marvellous Genn'e Mari beach, just 10 minutes walk away from the main restaurant and supermarket.
Experience how it is to live just a few meters away from the beach and the sea.
You will be able to jump directly in the crystal clear waters of the sea when you are feeling hot, you will be able to listen to the gentle and relaxing sound of the water on the shore, smell it and feel it.
Direct access to the sandy beach from the garden.
Accommodation
The villa is a Mediterranean style home on two levels, plus a separate building with a double bedroom and private bathroom.
In the main building there are two double bedrooms, two smaller rooms and three bathrooms.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a traditional Sardinian living and dining area with direct access to the terrace.
On the terrace there are a chill area and a dining area with typical stone barbecue, from there you can enjoy the view of the blue sea under the shade of pine trees.
There is also a roofed beach terrace (directly on the beach), where you can relax under the shade, watch the beach and the sea, meditate, workout, or just enjoy a glass of wine.
Around the house there is a mediterranean garden with many diffeent species of plants and flowers and an additional external shower (cold water only).

Not included in the price:
- Cleaning fee covering professional cleaning service with home sanitation to be paid by credit card shortly before arrival. 265 € for one week stays and 400 € for two week stays.
