There is an open plan kitchen, living and dining room. The first bedroom has a double bed, whilst the second has three foot bunk beds with a door to the property’s garden. In addition, there is a family bathroom. Outside there is a pleasant seating area to the front of the property with a wooden bench whilst at the rear is a terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the summer sunshine. A barbeque is available. Parking available for one car nearby. 49 Cumber Close is ideal for families with young children.
