This 91m2 Villa is fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 5 people, just 30m away from the beach. The villa offers 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwater and a spacious bathroom.

It is built within 700m2 of plot and offers a great garden covered in olive and citrus trees. It has a magnificently roofed terrace with extra dining and sitting space as well as a roofed barbecue area.

The garden is perfect for families with children or for just sunbathing. This is an ideal home guaranteed to offer you comfort, total relaxation, and peace of mind.

The nearby area has many different beaches to explore and many archaeological and natural sites to visit.
Bedrooms
The house offers 2 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms. There are 2 double beds with Mediastrom mattress for incomparable sleep comfort. With bedside tables, lampshades and wardrobes. All rooms are bathed in plenty of sunlight, have access to the balconies and offer views to the garden.

-Bathroom
There is one large bathroom with bathtub and shower. A washing machine is available. All kinds of essentials and towels are provided to our guests.

-Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with all electrical appliances to help you prepare any meal of the day. Among all basic electrical appliances, there are also a microwave, kettle, a Nespresso maker, and filter coffee machine. The kitchen dining table and chairs can comfortably accommodate 5 persons.
Living room
In the living room, there are 2 spacious sofas, an armchair, a TV, a coffee table and a fireplace for extra coziness during winter months. The 2 sofas can be used as 2 additional single beds. There is plenty of light and views coming from the balcony doors and windows.

-Outdoors
The house is situated in a beautiful garden full of olive and citrus trees. There is a roofed terrace with both dining and sitting space ideal for enjoying your drinks and meals or just reading a book. A roofed stone-built barbecue is also available. If you are travelling with children this garden is totally safe and can offer hours of nonstop fun. If you are a pet owner the garden is ideal for running around free. There is private parking space.

After Lykoporia and after crossing the bridge over the river Skoupaiikos we meet the settlement Sarandapichiotika. North of the Old Highway on the beach lies an amazing 20 acre pine forest, unique in our municipality and one of the few similar in the Peloponnese. South of PEO an impressive 6-acre park with its sophisticated landscapes and next to a small sports center with football, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts. A total space for sports, swimming, relaxation.
The house is located in a beautiful rural area called Sarantapichiotika Corinthias full of olive groves, citrus groves and only 30 meters away from the beach and a beach bar with coffee, drinks and snacks. 250 meters from the house, you can visit a lovely park with 5x5 football court, a tennis court, children playground and a refectory.
At about 3km you can find supermarkets, ATM, pharmacy and a wide option of cafes, taverns and restaurants.

Activities

Within 16 kilometer distance, you may visit the seaside town of Xylokastro which is famous for its vibrant night life and has plenty of cafes and taverns. At 57km distance, you can visit the mountainous part of Corinth called Trikala and enjoy its unique Alpine landscape. The historic town of Kalavrita (57km) built at 735m of altitude is another exciting day trip choice.
Toggle Switch - Kalavryta, a magnificent route
Route

It runs 22 kilometers and climbs at an altitude of 750 meters. The itinerary takes about an hour, with the departure station Diakopto and the arrival station Kalavryta. On the way there is a stop in the Big Cave.

The route passes through the canyon next to Vouraiko, the river that creates small and large waterfalls. Even at the Waterfall site, river water falls almost perpendicularly and beneath the bridge of the line.
RUNS-SMALL EXCURSIONS

Certainly when one visits Mount Corinth, and in particular Feneos, it is a priority to rest and escape the routine of the city. However, when one comes to our area one can do a number of activities: Nearby excursions to Lake Doxa, St. George's Monastery, Archaeological Museum of Ancient Feneos, Archaeological Site of Ancient Feneos in Panagia Vraos . Rides in each of the 9 picturesque villages of Feneos. Food at traditional taverns and drinks at the 2 small bars of the area.
Excursions to the Zireia Ski Resort and to the Kalavryta Ski Center in the Lake Caves and Planitero (Ladonas springs)

4x4 getaways for lovers of this kind on unique trails that will be fixed by the locals. There are countless places to go with your jeep. From the dirt roads on the plain of Feneos to the Ziria Plateau (boats) where there are wild horses and wild calves.

Walking-Cycling-Horse Riding

The area has endless walking paths. One can also cycle around the lake of glory or along the plain of Feneos. For example a nice route is along the local river. Children and adults can also ride around the lake as there is a business offering the service daily.
