Great rustic villa surrounded by fruit orchards and with private pool welcomes 12 people in Villanova de Castelló.

In this great villa, you will enjoy an exclusive bath at the amazing chlorine private pool which sizes 13x7 metres and with a depth from 0.20 to 1.80 metres. There are 6 loungers for sunbathing. You will revel in the surroundings and the country air around it. reaching the house you will find a great exterior dining table, the ideal place for having lunch and dinners outdoors surrounded by nature and protected by the parasol, so you can enjoy this area even in the central hours of the day. There is also a barbecue area in the property where you can prepare delicious grilles meat and vegetables. The property offers horse stables where our guests can take car of their own animals (please contact for price an availability). The property is in the middle of the countryside and privacy is total.

The house counts with 300 m2 along 3 floors. It is mainly characterised by a modern and practical style, providing all comforts for a perfect vacation stay. When entering the ground floor you will find a magnificent living - dining room where you can rest on the comfortable sofa while watching TV and warming up by the wood stove or refreshing with the AC on the hottest days. The beautiful dining table has capacity for 12 people. In addition, our guest can enjoy playing at the pool table. Afterwards, you will find the great and modern kitchen which is fully equipped and offers a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, an oven, a baby high chair and a bar with two stools so that the family chef can cook in good company. The house also present a laundry area with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. One of the bedrooms with a double bed and a wardrobe is also on this floor. Finally, the ground floor is completed with a toilet with a basin and a WC.

On the first floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms, which follow the same comfortable and cosy style. There are 5 bedrooms, all od them with a double bed, a closet, a fan and a radiator for the coldest nights. One of them also features a baby cot available in case you are travelling with a baby. There are also 2 bathrooms on this floor, both equipped with a shower and a bidet. There is a 3rd shower bathroom on the basement.

Villanova de Castelló is a beautiful interior town where you will find all services for an independent stay: supermarkets, bars, restaurants,... You can pay a visit to the town church built in the 14th century or the Santa Barbara chapel. Tavernes the Valldigna is the nearest beach and it is 37 km from the property. Xàtiva, only 15 km away and there you can visit its castle and discover a marvellous charming village.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
