Description
Encircled by lush green hills and forests, Casa Carlino is a handsome stone-built villa perfect for socialising as a group. The fenced swimming pool is set beside a border of cypresses and a sloping bank of trees and bushes for extra privacy. The upper terrace is a fantastic place to enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal or glass of local Tuscan wine, while the lower patio area is ideal for relaxing in the shade. The latter also includes a ping-pong table and a basketball hoop. Meanwhile, a hammock is well-positioned for admiring the relaxing sights of the valley.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-plan living area with lounge, kitchen and dining room. This makes socialising as a group easy and comfortable. The bedrooms are situated on the cooler lower floor, and two of them have direct access to the patio and garden. Plenty of space to lounge inside and roam outdoors.

Our Thoughts
A subtly magnificent villa, best suited to a family or group of friends who want to spend plenty of quality time together. The whole ground floor is occupied by an open-plan living space, which is ideal for socialising in comfort. Nonetheless, the true highlight of Casa Carlino is the garden. With its amply furnished terrace, fantastic views, fenced pool and lower patio with ping-pong table, this villa is as fun as it is relaxing.
Notes
The road leading to the villa is not suitable for sports cars. The villa is adjacent to another residence - Case Bianchi. The garden of Casa Carlino can be seen from the entrance of both houses.
Pool
The pool has Roman steps leading down into the water and is set in a fenced area amongst sunloungers and parasols. It’s just a 10 metres away from the house itself and measures 12x6 metres. It has a varying depth of 1.1 to 1.9 metres and is open from May to September weather permitting. Gated Pool.
