Description
The holiday home SALENTO GREEN is a paradise of tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature in the Salento countryside.
SALENTO GREEN consists of two houses (4-6 people each) and a swimming pool (7 meters x 11 meters) surrounded by a park (25,000 square meters).
The ideal place for families, children and the elderly.
The villa is located in the municipality of the historic town of Mesagne, in the province of Brindisi. The site is completely powered by solar energy and its own photovoltaic system. It is 4 km to the center of Mesagne and 20 km to the nearest airport Brindisi.
There are 80 centuries-old olive trees, pine forests, palm trees, flowers, herbs and fruit trees on the SALENTO GREEN grounds. There is also free parking, swimming pool (about 80 sqm), toilet and sun shower, pavilion in the pine forest with table and stone oven with barbecues. Outside there is also a fridge, a washing machine and free Wi-Fi.
Both villas are almost mirrored and fully equipped. All rooms have air conditioning. The villas each have two bedrooms, sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm), kitchen with oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, crockery for 6 people, bathroom with shower, covered porch, towels, bed linen, LCD TV, drying rack and (pool) deck chairs.
