There is one king-size double with en-suite facilities,four doubles, one ground floor double and a twin.There is a family bathroom as well as a ground floor shower room. The open plan living area includes a kitchen, dining area and sitting area complete with woodburning stove. The property also benefits from a cinema room with a 90 inch screen and a PlayStation 3. Outside there is a patio with a 7-seater hot tub, furniture and barbecue, and off road parking for four cars. Shady Hollow is a superb cottage for a family or group of friends to enjoy whatever time of the year.

Space for mountain bikes with pressure washer. Patio to front and side with hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome downstairs only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Guests are welcome to bring their own games console for use in the cinema room. Note: Garden is unfenced. Note: Check-in 4.30pm. Note : the Hot Tub may not be up to the recommended temperature on your arrival if a water change has taken place prior to your arrival. Please Note: Due to the new Government legislation the price of this property has been reduced to accommodate smaller groups in line with the Rule of 6 regulations, as such, only the beds required will be available to guests. This does not include Christmas week as three households are now permitted to stay.
