VILLA ACCIALE is a wonderful, bright, single-storey villa with annexe just outside Cala Piccola on the Monte Argentario peninsula. The villa has a total floor area of around 380 square meters, can accommodate up to 13 people and boasts a breathtaking view of the sea. Villa Acciale also features a private heated swimming pool, large private terraces with sea views, a private garden, parking, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi.

Villa Acciale is a high-end villa on the outskirts of Cala Piccola on the Monte Argentario peninsula. From here, you’ll be able to enjoy a fabulous view of the sea and, on clear days, you can also make out the islands of Giglio, Giannutri, Montecristo, Elba and even Corsica.

The villa is on an estate of about 18 hectares and is surrounded by a large, enclosed 2-hectare garden replete with olive trees, fruit trees, typical Mediterranean shrubs and fragrant plant life. As well as the beautiful bean-shaped swimming pool (20 m long, 4 to 8 m wide and 0.40 to 2.50 m deep), the garden also boasts a brick bar with a wood-burning oven and an outdoor dining area.

In the large garden, you’ll find the heated swimming pool, a parking area, a table tennis table, a bowling green, a terrace and an outdoor dining area. The villa and annexe also have air conditioning installed. The closest beach (Cala Piatti) is about 2 km away and is where the villa has its own bathing area. You will also find shops and services at Porto Santo Stefano, which is only 6 km away.

The main building comprises an entrance hall, a lounge with fireplace, a dining room and a small living room containing a TV with satellite channels. There is also a splendid kitchen equipped with a gas stove, toaster, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, dryer and other small appliances. The villa has two double bedrooms, each with private bathroom (also with a shower), a twin bedroom with shower room and a single bedroom with shower room. The property also boasts a large terrace just a few steps from the pool.

The annexe is completely separate, with an independent entrance, and comprises three double suites, each with a private bathroom (two shower rooms and one bathroom with bath and shower).

There are also two bathrooms near the annexe that can be used when you use the swimming pool.

The entire property, including the annex and the two external bathrooms, is equipped with air conditioning.


Important things to know:

- Tourist tax in Italy is not a national tax but it’s a local tax that is applied by municipality. This means that Amore Rentals villas are in a territory on which the tax is not always applied and if applied it has different costs. In addition, municipality can decide to change the entity of the tax. It is for this reason that it’s not possible for us to specify with certainty the presence and the entity of the tax. Where the tourist tax is required, it will be paid on the spot in cash.
- Damage deposit: 1.500,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
- Swimming pool heating not included. If requested will be charged 60,00 Euros per day to be paid on site.
- Air conditioning, electricity and heating are not included. Will be charged 0,31 Euros/KWh to be paid on site.
- Baby cot: 30,00 Euros per week.
- Extra bed: 80,00 Euros per week.
- Pet, on request: 25,00 Euros per week.
