On the rooftop between Cagliari and Villasimius in the locality Capitana, rent brand new apartment with separate entrance in beautiful Villa. The beach just 400 meters, in front of you a wonderful view over the Gulf of Cagliari and at your back to nature. In this dream atmosphere, the apartment is completely new, air-conditioned, with a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, a fitted kitchen with stove with 5 burners, oven, microwave oven dishwasher, a patio, two large exterior and garden terraces.
THE PRICE is for the APARTMENT described above and for 2 PEOPLE. Additional guests have a cost of € 20 per night, children up to 12 years pay € 10.
In the villa there is the possibility of expanding the solution with another bedroom and its master bathroom.
The minimum stay is 3 days but in the months of July and August we prefer weekly rental.
The particularly happy position with 300 meters the Nuraghe Diana, 400m to the beach and just a few minutes, the Marina di Capitana and the most beautiful and exclusive beaches of southern Sardinia, as Pintau Sea, Torre delle Stelle, Villasimius, Coast Rey, the shoreline of the Poetto, the Roman salt pans with the magnificent pink flamingos.
While in 20 minutes you can reach the airport, the port or the station in the center of Cagliari.
