This semi-detached house is located among the olive trees just above Camaiore, surrounded by a charming landscape of the Apuan Alps of the high Versilia, despite this close to its beautiful beaches (approx. 20km). In tranquility you can enjoy your breakfast outside and then leave for excursions in the nearby marble quarries in Carrara, take a dip in the sea in Forte dei Marmi and walk on the famous promenade of Viareggio, center of nightlife.
