The beautiful town of Pisa (38 km) will charm you with its wonderful Piazza dei Miracoli with the cathedral, the baptistery, the world famous leaning tower and the Opa museum. The town centre offers numerous opportunities for shopping. A little 'further away is the beautiful town of Lucca (45 km), also surrounded by impressive city walls. Here you will find many churches and beautiful squares, including the famous Piazza del Mercato. Lucca is also the site of two annual events of great importance, the Lucca-Summer Festival with many international singers and Lucca Comics, a must for those who love the fantasy genre. The house is accessed via an unpaved road of about 700 m.
