Description

Semi-detached house on three floors in a small mountain village between the regions Veneto and Trentino, in a beautiful natural environment rich in waterways and close to many of the attractions of the two regions: lakes of Lavarone, Levico and Caldonazzo, ski slopes of Folgaria and the Asiago plateau (downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowboarding), trekking, cycle touring, mountain biking. The accommodation has a completely enclosed garden area where children can play in complete tranquility and where a beautiful wooden table has been placed where you can enjoy pleasant evenings. In front of the house there is the "Astico cycle route", which runs for 21 km along the river, sometimes following the route of the old railway, crossing very suggestive landscapes, like "la Pria", where the river flows between the rocks in a deep submerged canyon, a paradise for divers. After the canyon the river widens forming a beach, frequented by swimmers during the summer. The morphology of the territory also offers numerous routes for descents by mountain bike. From the house also starat excursions trails suitable for all levels of training, some of which lead to waterfalls and ponds, small paradises where you can cool off during the summer, up to connect to trekking routes. For golf enthusiasts 15 km away is the Golf Folgaria. In winter, the house can be a base for winter sports thanks to its proximity to the cross-country and downhill slopes of Trentino with Folgaria (20 km) and the Asiago plateau (30 km) and to the respective ice rink. The owners also leave sleds and bobs for their guests. Even the main cities of art are all within easy reach: Vicenza, a splendid city characterized by Palladian architecture (50 km); Trento with the splendid Buonconsiglio castle (40 km); Verona and Lake Garda (100 km), Venice (120 km), as well as a series of beautiful medieval towns, medieval villages between Trentino and Veneto: Rovereto, Asiago, Levico, Bassano del Grappa. ... a series of itineraries also allow to visit the most beautiful Venetian Villas.
