This beautiful villa is located near Comares, the most unique white village of the Axarquia. It was voted Pueblo Magico d' España.

It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), a spacious living room with open kitchen, a covered outdoor terrace with BBQ and sink, and a build-up swimming pool.
There's outside furniture and sunbeds.

1 bathroom is with shower, the other with bath. The kitchen is very well equiped with electric cooker, large refrigerator/freezer combi, dishwasher, oven, microwave and hood. There is a washing machine and TV and FREE INTERNET. The house has a fireplace and an airco/heating system. All windows have shutters, fly-wire and there is a lockable parking space in front of the house for 2 cars.

Pets can be accepted after consultation.

The house is exceptionally beautiful situated in the Alqueria, about 1,5km. from Comares.
On top of the magnificent surroundings, you also get a microclimat! Because of its unique location, against the mountainside with the view towards the sea, even in winter, the temperature is very mild here. That is why, aside from the traditional olive-, almond- and citrustrees, here grow mangoes, chyrimoas, bananas and other tropical fruit.
You can hike here beautifully, also in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Comares, that is nearby, is a typical white Andalusian village that has a lot to offer.
Follow the ceramic footsteps through the village to discover its Moorish past in the narrow streets. From the village you can see over the mountains to the see. Comares is surrounded by breathtaking nature.

Do you prefer to be active yourself?
Comares offers a lot of possibilities : Mountain biking, walking along one of the 6 marked hiking trails, or even more adventurous….
...the largest Tirolina of Spain is located here with 3 vias ferrata`s and the possibility to glide to the opposite mountain from 436 meters height, along the 110 meters long cables. There is also a FREE PADEL COURT in the village.

You also don`t have to miss anything on gastronomic level. Come and enjoy Andalusian hospitality and gastronomy in one of our restaurants or bars.
You rather cook yourself? In Comares is a supermarket with butchery, a bakery (bread baked in a wood-fired oven!) and also a pharmacist, cigarette shop and ATM. Every morning there´s a doctors consult.
Bread can be delivered at the house, every day except Sunday. A fishmonger passes 3 times in a week at the house with the fresh morningcatch of the fishing harbour in Caleta de Velez.

Our house is the ideal base for day trips to Malaga, Ronda, Granada (Alhambra), Cordoba (Mezquita) and the world famous Caminito del Rey in Ardales. The multi- award winning beach of Torre del Mar is only 25km. away.
A half hour drive takes you to the commercial center of Velez-Malaga. You can find shops and supermerkets there. Nerja, the touristic pearl of the Costa del Sol, with the famous `Balcon d´Europa`, is nearby and the beautiful lake of Viñuela is certainly worth a little trip.

We offer special prices for monthly rent. Please note that in these prices, electricity and gas are not included. Electricity has to be paid at the end of the month at 0.30€/Kw and gas (only for hot water) costs +/-17€ pro bottle.

There has to be paid a refundable damage deposit of 300€ on arrival. See rental rules, please. After control of the house, you will be reimbursed within 7 days of your departure.
