Description

This semi-detached holiday home is located in one of the most spectacular landscapes near the coast of Amalfi and offers a truly enchanting scenery, a panoramic view of the mountains and a view of the Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples, an ideal place to restore the body and the mind, where you can enjoy pure air immersed in plantations of orange trees, lemons and blooming trees. The house has two beautiful terraces equipped for outdoor dining, where you can enjoy the sun by day and the evening breeze overlooking the Gulf of Naples and the island of Ischia. Possibility to rent bikes, motorcycles, cars and boats in various tourist locations around. Nearby there are numerous restaurants, characteristic pizzerias and places that serve typical gastronomic products. Supermarkets and shops are just a short distance away. The location of the house is strategic because it is on a direct road to Ravello and to the Amalfi Coast-Positano from which it is only 12 Km. Also, taking the A1 motorway, northbound, which is 1200 meters from the property, you can reach Pompei (7 km) with its archaeological sites or continue to Castellammare di Stabia for embarkation to the beautiful island of Capri and to Sorrento. Continuing on the motorway you can also reach Naples (30 km), rich in historical-cultural sites, or proceed to Caserta ( 50 km), with its splendid Reggia built by Vanvitelli. In the south direction, instead, after Vietri sul Mare, south gate of the Amalfi Coast, you can reach Salerno, a splendid city also known for its "Luci D'Artista". As an alternative at 50 km you will find the picturesque Necropoli of Paestum, with its marvelous Greek - Roman Temples, and the Cilento coast with its pearls Palinuro, Marina di Camerota and Agropoli.
