This fully fenced house is located on a hillside (about 150 m above sea level) in a quiet and typical Mediterranean landscape and beautiful views till Syracuse and the sea. The towns of Syracuse and Noto, the natural reserve of Cava Grande or Vendicari can be easily reached. The sandy beach of Fontane Bianche is about 20 minutes' drive.

The house develops on two floors.

Ground floor:
Bright and open plan living room with air conditioning and dining area. Thanks to the large french doors that lead onto the terrace it is possibile to admire also a nice view over the garden with its olive trees. Kitchen equipped with 4 gas stoves, microwave, grill and a wood pizza oven (wood at extra price), coffee maker. One twin bedroom and one bathroom with shower.

First Floor:
One double bedroom with air conditioning and one bathroom with shower.

Outdoor:
Garden with olive trees and shaded seating area overlooking the surrondings which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying outdoor dining thanks also to the barbecue. At the back of the house there is the swimming pool (half moon shape - 8x3m - depth 1m) surrounded by lemon and orange trees. External shower.

In the same grounds there is another independent unit which is occasionally occupied by the owner for short periods. He will respect guests' privacy and the pool will be at guests use only.

Car use necessary. Including the rental price the use of two bycycles.

Facilities: BBQ, air conditioning, satellite TV, mini Hi-Fi system, Wi-Fi, iron, washing machine, parking area inside the proerty (120 sq m.), two bikes, external shower.
