Expanses of vineyards and fields of wheat are the setting for sunsets and sunrises from the movies! The opportunity of the holiday is to be seized not only to savour the country life and to enjoy in total relaxation and quietness the Umbrian culinary traditions, healthy, lessons with yoga teacher, but also to visit the numerous archaeological sites in the area. Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Gubbio, Spello, Perugia, Rome and Florence can all be reached within a few dozen kilometres.

The farmhouse, furnished with refined taste, has in its attention to detail its strong point: modern kitchen with central island, stone fireplace, ceilings with chestnut wood beams and terracotta tiles, handmade terracotta floors, antique furniture, handmade wooden frames. The house, on three levels for a total of 250 square meters, has a private pool for the exclusive use of guests and an outdoor area of 4000 square meters fully fenced.
The bathrooms are equipped with shower and bidet.

Lower Floor:
From the main floor through an internal staircase you will access a living room with a double sofa bed, a third bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. Direct access to the swimming pool area thanks to a french window.

Upper floor:
Through an internal spiral staircase, you have access to the 4th double bedroom.

Open space with a modern kitchen and central workspace, dining space with large table and chairs with glass doors leading to the garden and sitting space furnished with sofas, armchairs and stone fireplace.
