The villa is surrounded by a big, perfectly manicured garden of 4.500 m2, with centuries-old olive trees and enjoys a magnificent sea view.

The villa consists of 2 floors.
The main floor consists of a living room, kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and courtesy bathroom. The bedroom overlooks a spacious panoramic terrace, while the living room has an access to a large covered terrace with dining areas and barbecue.
On the lower floor, there are two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and access to the patio and a lounge with a TV area.
There is also a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds which can be used for staff or guests with direct access from the garden. There is a big private swimming pool of 80 square meters with a maximum depth of 1.80 meters and a minimum of 1.20 meters and a hot tube located on the hill of the garden where you could enjoy a unique panoramic view. High quality materials, such as Orosei marble, solid wood interior furnishings, handmade Vietri stone mosaics complete this property of charme.
The villa is also equipped with a Sonos outdoor Bluetooth speaker.


Water and gas costs are included in the price, as well as the daily room cleaning service. While electricity is to be paid separately according to consumption. Bedlinen and towels are on request: 15 euro per person one-off (to be booked in advanced).
