Traditional villa in a private luxury residence, with trees and very well maintained, located on a hillside between sea and mountains.
Access to the shared infinity pool has a magnificent panoramic view.
Swimming pool open from June 15th to September 15th.
Access to the beach is on foot 10-15 minutes or by car 5 minutes.
Local shops are located 5 minutes by car (market gardeners, mini-market, restaurants, bars)
The house has 3 bedrooms, a dressing room, a bathroom (large double and walk-in shower), two toilets, a living room, a kitchen - dining room, 2 sea view terraces and a wooded garden (olive tree, bougainvillea) ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view of the Mediterranean.
An outdoor stone shower completes the set.
The house is air conditioned, the kitchen is equipped.
The master bedroom has 4 beds (One 180cm bed and two 90cm beds). The two secondary bedrooms have 4 beds in all (160cm and 140cm)
The living room is equipped with a 2-seater sofa bed (two adults).
